The food was good and the guy who took our order was very nice. My beef, no pun intended, was when I was in the bathroom some guy came and used the urinal then left without even touching the sink to wash his hands. When I came out of the bathroom one of the male cooks was standing right outside the bathroom door. Now I can't prove he was the one who didn't wash his hands but I believe he was. I seen men use public restrooms and never wash afterwards. VERY NASTY!
Of the fast food places in town, I would honestly only recommend Wendy's if you have nowhere to be in a hurry. The Roulette factor just can't be trusted when you're on a time limit. Otherwise, one of my top picks.
This fast food place is what I like to call the Russian Roulette of South Hill's dining experiences. Sometimes when you go, the line is wrapped all the way around the building and backed up to the road. In my opinion, that speaks volumes for how good the food is. Sometimes you'll go and the place seems deserted. Sometimes you drive up, order and have your food in maybe 2 minutes, sometimes it takes close to 10. Sometimes the staff is amazing, friendly and professional, sometimes they obviously hate their job, hate you, hate Wendy's and don't want to be there. Really, these things can all be mix-matched at any moment and any time you go. I can't say a majority of my experiences have been perfect, because just as many haven't been.
The inside of the place is okay, don't expect much in terms of being fancy since this is one of the older food places in town. One window drive thru and single entrance/exit to parking lot shines brightly for how long this place has been here.
First I work there and the food is awesome. We always make sure the customers are well fed and happy.
