The food was really great. The waitress was really sweet. Lemon chess pie was really tasty. I’m definitely going to go back.
Stopped for dinner tonight! Cindy was our waitress and could not have been any sweeter! The food was amazing and the service was great! My husband had the tavern turkey sandwich and I had the southern Greek salad, both were fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant!
There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this place is. Wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the service is wonderful. Do yourself a favor and eat here, but be warned you need to get their early or you will wait for a seat.
Add to all this the adorable decor, happy staff and all-around delightful ambiance, and you've got yourself a perfect place to eat.
We stopped in town for the night during a road trip. This place had good reviews so we thought it was worth a visit. So glad we went there for dinner. Everyone is very friendly. The food was great and we couldn't finish it all. The onion rings are so good it would be worth stopping in just to get them.
This place is an absolute joy! The ribeye was delicious, with great potatoes and rich gravy, but the real star was dessert - I dare you to get the chocolate pie and not fall into a blissful coma. It's like a rich, creamy, gooey brownie in pie form, apparently the owner's great aunt's recipe, and darn if it isn't delicious.
I literally giggled after each bite. Swear to God.
