This hotel looks great from the outside to the inside. The check in area was tidy. It's modern and spacious. We loved our room the minute we opened the door. We opened to a big window and airy space. The furniture looks and felt great. Nice sized TV with good channels to view. Breakfast had a decent variety of foods to enjoy. Even though it's right across from Love's Truckstop, the sounds were minimal.
The hotel is nice and new. The internet totally sucks. Takes several minutes for pages to load (if they even do). Totally unacceptable for business travelers unless you have your own internet access. As an IHG Spire I expect better!!! The new pillows at this chain are significantly worse than the previous ones, IMO
We are already planning another stay.
The place is brand new. Everything was lovely including the staff. Free breakfast every morning and coffee throughout the day.
By far, this is the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in. The rooms are similar to Hilton’s Home2Suites. It’s very warm and inviting. The staff are amazing and will make sure you’re satisfied with the respective room and do their best to accommodate any request made. This is my second time staying at this location. I’ll definitely come again.
Convenient location right off the interstate and easy to find. Reasonably priced with modern updates to rooms. Indoor pool and continental breakfast. Friendly ladies at the check-in desk. Hot water takes a while to kick in; give it a few minutes before jumping in the shower! Would definitely recommend staying here.
