Very satisfying stay. Exceeded our expectations. The hotel manager Jay checked us in and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size. The breakfast was satisfactory, no complaints. Great coffee! The fitness room has new equipment and the temperature was low enough that you could have a vigorous workout without sweating to death. We would definitely consider staying here again.
great staff! After a long day of motorcycle riding, we were hot and tired (and a little cranky) but the the staff was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk staff recommended a couple of restaurants in the area and we chose the Italian restaurant across the street. We just didn't want to get on the motorcycles again. Well, across the street was a four lane highway with a wide medium and an eight foot chain link fence that went completely down to the next intersection. I would highly recommend driving! Good food and great staff at the restaurant as well.
Very nice workers at the hotel, the room was very clean, air-conditioner worked well, they have a pool, gym, vending machines, an included desert and an included continental breakfast. Their price was reasonable as well. I've always had good experiences at Best Western hotels and this was no exception.
If you want a great stay at a nice, affordable, great location offf the Interestate, Best Western Plus in South Hill Virginia is what you are looking for. Great staff, always nice and helpful. Jay the owner is always so nice and helpful and will do his best to make your stay the best possible. Hotel is keep clean and if you need anything the staff will do their best to assist in anyway.Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast is more than enough. Internet is fast. Thanks Jay, Sharon and the entire Best Western Plus Staff in South Hill Virginia for a great stay as always.
Wouldve given 5 stars if the room wasnt so delapidated and didnt flood from the AC/heat unit not to mention the mold BUT the jacuzzi in the room was great & just what we needed to have some R&R.
