The front desk staff was amazing. They got me squared away quickly and answered all my questions about the area. I went into this hotel in a rather crappy mood and the staff pleasant disposition really helped me get out of the I just drove 14 hour funk. The room was nice, had a fridge and microwave. Overall I don't think I could have had a better experience at that hotel price.
You can't ask for better Customer service!! It was clean and I felt safe. However, the bed was hard as a rock, not the comfort I am used to at a Marriott, the room was extremely small for 2 adults and the indoor pool was extremely small. With 5 people in it, you could not enjoy yourself. The pool are\room was very small, held 31 people, had a very strong chlorine smell and the water almost looked green, very cloudy. We have an in ground pool and it is not supposed to look like that. I am disappointed in the facility, (NOT THE STAFF) for what we paid per night.
Nice, clean hotel with good amenities and continental breakfast. Only flaw is walls/door seem to be thin so you can here some hallway noise but otherwise good experience
Wonderful staff. Very warm and friendly. We enjoyed our clean, fresh well stocked room. Close to restaurants and stores.
From what I seen it was very clean and definitely in a great location. I wasn't in the area long enough to test internet speeds, see rooms. The facilities however were very clean. From a brief visit I'd recommend this hotel.
