I called several times about a property and no one ever answered the phone. I left several messages, as well. Finally, after a week or so I was able to get someone to answer and was told the property I was interested in (that was still listed for sale) was under contract. Very unprofessional behavior to not return calls or messages.
I consulted with Sherwood Baskerville regarding the eventual listing of my current home. While it will be several months before the home is actually put on the market, I found Sherwood to be extremely knowledgeable of the current market conditions. Further, he has a very honest and realistic approach to pricing and marketing. I feel confident he will put every effort into selling my home at the highest and best price, while at the same time, not pricing it out of the current market rates just to have it sit and make excuses as to why it's not being shown or why offers aren't being made (been there before). In addition, he expeditiously returned all calls and emails. I certainly look forward to working with him and have passed recommendations on to friends.
I shouldn't have to pay $40 for an application before seeing a rental house when I don't even know if I want to live in it!!
