Horrible experience. We waited for more than 5 hours for sutures on my son's head. The staff was not prepared and we're exceptionally rude. The facility was dirty, no cleaning staff in site. Take your self and loved ones somewhere else!
Rude and disrespectful staff. Reps at front desk....awful. Staff had no beside manners and hospital was dirty with food and trash on floors. It is obvious that staff were not trained properly and could care less about the public. I would post names but don't want to run the risk of getting sued. Names will be forwarded to the corporate office. Came in at 5pm and still was sitting there at 11pm. Recommendation....anywhere but here.
The emergency room is every bit as Gestapo like as they were at the old place. Someone in Richmond wasted their money.
Took my grandma here for chest, back, and head pains. Got checked in quickly, but waited three hours for blood work. Was never checked on by the nurse, and when I asked what was going on and taking so long, was told they couldn't do anything because she wasn't sitting on the bed. No one told us they even wanted her to sit on the bed. Nurse talked down to my grandma when she explained what was wrong, and made a remark about her "many complaints." Rude, unreliable, uncaring. Don't go here if you actually want to live.
Had a scheduled colonoscopy & endoscopy at 12 on a Friday arrived at 1145 was checked in promptly wonderful staff was prepped and ready for the procedure at 1245 nurses Linda & Ashley were awesome received great care & the staff was very warm and friendly procedures went very well I was discharged at about 2 and have had no complications
