The bank is great if there is ever a discrepancy with my account they are right on it. My only issue is the little blonde chic (new) seems to think my boyfriend is available for her to chase after. She always checks if I am in the passenger seat. Caught her one day when I gave front passenger seat to my mother-in-law and I sat behind my boyfriend. When we pulled up to window she was sitting in first cubicle in lobby and when she saw my boyfriend pull up in drive thru she immediately leaned back in her chair to see who was in front seat (I was sitting in back seat -window tinted and when she saw it wasn't me she hurriedly straightened her shirt into place and made sure her hair was in place then turned in chair to face drive thru sitting up real pretty with her chest stuck out and a pretty little smile on her face until I rolled the back window down and she saw me. Her face fell off REAL QUICK. She then turned her chair back to the lobby area and kept that way until we left. Last I recalled, the bank was where you did financial business not a dating site trying to pick up men that AREN'T available. Dictionary's description of that word is "home wrecker"and that is the NICEST way I can say it. But otherwise, it's a great bank with the majority of the staff except the one knows their jobs.
I Love the people at this bank because of the way they answer any questions I may have and they help me resolve problems that arise .They treat me very good even though I don't have a lot of money.I have really felt safe banking with CCB.
Everyone is pretty friendly here at this bank. I feel having an ATM without the "deposit" cash feature, and having to use the drive thru or go in the bank is very inconvenient. You have to go and deposit cash when they are open. Would give 5 stars if they changed their ATM!
